Founded by Giovanni, in the summer of 2002, Bronse Cuerte was created, an eating place whose name in the local dialect defines the spirit which gives it life.
Traditional cuisine, run with the experience of Giovanni’s mother, Mrs Daniela, there is a typical atmosphere at Bronse Cuerte, which is refined at the same time.
First courses with home-made pasta garnished with game sauces, the speciality of the restaurant, “Salsiccia in crosta” (roasted breaded sausages), typical seasonal side dishes and exquisite home-made desserts. There are about twenty wine labels particularly from the Veneto and Friuli regions. The prices of the bottles are reasonable.
